I have a panic attack related disorder... I've listened to this mix many times before.

My anxiety is so bad… I’m 43 years old trying to change my life. Sometimes I hate my job and other times I love it but recently it’s been a dread. I’m working on a Masters but is it worth it? So many bills to pay, so much pressure. As a man I’m trying to find my purpose. I have a relationship with God and that helps but it’s a constant battle. What’s going to happen to me when I’m 50 or 60? Messed up my life so bad.

It happens sometimes shit happens you know... you feel bad and....i dont know bro. Just stop bieng shitty and enjoying feeling like shit as if its going to make things better. Get the f*ck up and do something about it. Even if it means you get hurt along the way. Keep going it will get better. Peace✌🏽(im black) But fr don't hurt yourself. I don't recommend that.
